Not built yet:
- Homes are still going up in Millstone Farm, so expect construction nearby. Schell Brothers, another Millstone Farm builder, says the community will have 310 homes when finished; the 2021 City of Eagle application proposed 316 buildable lots.
- Schell also lists amenities such as a dog park, sand volleyball, and a shade pavilion, and notes that amenities need not be built, so ask the HOA what is finished.
- The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is widening Linder Road from State Highway 44 to Floating Feather Road and building a roundabout at Floating Feather. That intersection has been closed since May 18, 2026, and ACHD expects it to stay closed through late 2026. The routes listed here to Eagle High, Eagle Middle, Eagle Hills Elementary, and the bike park go through it and assume it is open.
- The Idaho Transportation Department is designing a widening of SH-16 to four lanes from State Street to Beacon Light Road, with an overpass at Floating Feather Road and fewer access points. ITD says the project remains unfunded and construction timing is to be determined. ITD is also building SH-16's connection to I-84, including an interchange at State Street, and expects the corridor to open in 2027, with more traffic on SH-16 once it does.
